Zaheer at the UPS Store is absolutely amazing! He treats me like a daughter every time I come in. I’m there all the time thanks to my many Amazon returns LOL, and he’s always patient, friendly, and makes the whole process so easy.
The store itself is super clean, organized, and welcoming. There is plenty of space to sort your packages, and the atmosphere is friendly, definitely not one of those stressful, rushed places. The staff is always helpful, and Zaheer makes it feel even more personal. You don’t just feel like a customer, you feel like a part of the store family.
Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you are looking for great service with a smile, this UPS Store is the place to be.

Excellent service. Love the customer service and knowledge the employees have. Very friendly and willing to help at all times i have walked into this store. I only hate that they are closed on Sundays. The store is clean every time I've walked in.

My first time in here was a great experience. Myself and two other customers were waiting in line while Zaheer was on the phone and assisting the person in front of me. The person behind me proceeded to yell out, very rudely at Zaheer asking if he seen that he had customers and was he going to help us, but I can assure you he was doing a great job at multitasking and keeping the line moving. He was on the phone with corporate and also checking someone out so it was hard for him to acknowledge us right away. He was alone, but still made sure he addressed us as soon as he got off the phone. I came again for notary services and the experience was just as smooth as the last visit. I will be returning and recommending everyone I know in the area to use this location!

I don't do a lot of shipping but when I do, I choose UPS. I receive good service each time.
