Awesome service. UPS in NJ messed up a shipment from here , and the owner here went above and beyond. He made phone calls and got the package on a supervisor’s desk in NJ for my parents to be able to pick up. And this was all done on a late Saturday afternoon! Thank you! Besides today, I’ve been coming to this location for 9 years and it is excellent.

He is a fantastic young man who went above and beyond to ensure my packages were handled with care and all my questions were thoroughly answered. Not only is he exceptionally helpful, but the entire staff is also friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Always Reliable, Even on My Rare Visits
I don’t use this UPS Store often, but every time I do, the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always makes the process quick and smooth. Whether it's shipping something out or getting documents handled, they’re consistently professional and efficient. It’s great knowing I can count on them when I need to stop by. Highly recommend!
