My family has been going monthly for almost 8 years. Lately, there’s been an amazing worker named Alexander who has been absolutely amazing. He has such a great attitude. He’s very calm and pleasant and is a true problem solver. I work with 15-35 age year olds daily and been amazed by his maturity and attitude. He has been the best worker I’ve seen at this UPS and has made my trip to UPS stress free.

We use this UPS Store regularly for our small business needs and for Amazon returns. It is well-staffed, and Sebastian and his team are great: knowledgeable and efficient. Sometimes we have a lot of documents to be notarized, and Sebastian is always patient and very helpful. Highly recommended!

I use this location to drop off my packages and the folks are very polite and friendly and have had such a welcoming experience. Sanaz is usually taking care of me to drop off my packages. she always goes above and beyond. she is very professional and polite and very friendly. I always have the best experience when Sanaz is helping me. Thank you dear and God bless you.

After they charged me with $28 for 4 pages of document scan, I went back next day to ask another employee how much is it and he said $6. It's not normal to have this kind of employee trying to scam you. They refunded me but I will never come back.
