Called the store to ask about COD services for my package. The employee on the phone confirmed that they do offer it. Double checked a second time once I was in the store and got my package rang up if it was going to be sent as a COD. Once again the clerk said yes. Fast forward to two weeks and the package was received but turns out it was sent as a regular package and the postage fee was never reimbursed back to me. When I got to the store to confirm then the owner actually came out and said they never offered COD to begin with. The owner was either too incompetent to train their employees on what the store policy is or they were just incompetent to begin with. In either case, you are better off patronizing a different establishment.

Under staff, told me to come back because she is busy printing out 100 copies. She couldn't scan my QR which literally take 10seconds. Hello?!

Great customer service. Always greeted upon walking in. All of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. It's my neighborhood UPS store so that makes it even better.

My experience at this location was horrible and the customer service was horrible as well. I needed a paper shrink down to Fit inside of my wallet and the guy would not help me and he wanted to charge me for every mistake that he made shrinking

I’ve been coming to this UPS store for years, and I’ve never encountered an employee as rude and unprofessional as Albert. His attitude was downright unacceptable. Instead of providing the basic courtesy expected in customer service, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed to go out of his way to be unpleasant.
It’s clear Albert doesn’t care about customers or doing his job properly. If he’s incapable of being polite and doing his job, he has no business working here.
Management needs to seriously reconsider employing someone like Albert. He’s an embarrassment to what used to be a great store.

Joey helped us out in a pinch on an important overnight delivery! Let’s just say he saved a wedding with his exceptional customer service!!!
He was attentive and prompt with all the details such as getting the right box and the best way to ship it out

The workers there are so nice, other ups stores give me a hard time and are really slow but workers here are so fast and kind!! Shoutout to james, helped me with my mail the two times i went <3333

Don’t bring your Amazon or any other return to this place. These people always try to come up with something so you buy their products. Before you come make sure you have printed return labels also proper packaging otherwise you will end up buying expensive items from them

These guys have the best customer service hands down. I hope who ever owns this location reward's his workers with a raise they deserve it. I will continue to use this location as long as these great employees are there. Fyi don't use office depot on hwy 20 they are trash. I should have came to this location first. Thanks guys
