I have been doing Pilates for over 10 years. Urban Pilates has the very best equipment with the best instructor. When taught “Joe’s” way on “Joe’s” original equipment... your body will feel the difference. I would highly recommend Urban Pilates. Thank you Linda for changing my entire self.
