Absolutely AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE. They will absolutely loose your package if you do a “drop off”. Lady behind the counter said to just drop then in a bin they had upfront, and that I didn't need a receipt. Now they are not updating the tracking, and it’s been days now. THEY LOOSE YOUR STUFF

Service here is quite disappointing. Delays in processing even the simplest transaction like mailing a package of 8 ounces. While I normally buy my postage through my business account, I had to buy postage for an item that was not bought through my shop. My son and I, had to wait in line for 36 minutes with just 3 customers ahead of us.
It would help if they consider wait times and work to process transactions with a sense of urgency.

Lydia at this location is very rude and unprofessional. Please work on the way you speak to customer especially when they meet you with kindness. Don’t bring your outside life into work

We just finished our passport application with Waymon. He was friendly and efficient. We got done in less than 20 minutes with two minor getting passports. I recommend doing your research and having everything filled out before your appointment.

Went to send off my passport application and they stapled my birth certificate. The woman I saw seemed annoyed that I even had an appointment. Their customer service is abysmal.

Less than a year after I moved here, this post office allowed $100K in stock to be stolen from me. I had to submit an affidavit to recover it. They have delivered checks to the incorrect address, one of which was for $25,000. They have delivered packages to the wrong address and lost packages. I have lived here since 1999 and they are fraudulent. WHY HAVE THEY NOT BEEN INVESTIGATED?

How disappointing that every USPS branch forgets that everyone should be working for the common good of the company, which should be providing good service. It's so obvious that they're only interested in what's happening at the city level, disregarding the frustration of customers who have visited the location you're sending them to more than three times and haven't been able to find a solution. The items I lost do not have much economic value but they do have emotional value since it was a surprise gift for my boyfriend's birthday that never arrived and now this whole claim process has become a nightmare since I have gone 4 times to the USPS in Alpharetta trying to find a solution and no one has helped me, I have tried to make the claim through the website and the system does not allow me to do it and I tried to do it by phone and the advisor told me to give him all the information that he was going to make the claim for me but he only gave my number to you in Suwanee who have shown that you do not have the common interest of the company and the customers are only concerned about what happens in their location. What a disappointment with the service you provide. As a customer, I am not asking for money, just for help filing a claim since I couldn't do it online and you are not helping me in any way. I feel frustrated, and since I am young and use technology, I can't imagine the poor service you provide to people who are not familiar with the digital world... totally disappointed, USPS.

These guys never answer the phone. Whats the point of having a phone number in the store at this location, they never pick up and just let it ring. It’s very obvious that they hate their jobs when you walk in. Worst USPS I've experienced. If I have an opportunity to choose they delivery agency, I try to avoid these people.

This is the worst USPS location in the area. The employees hate being there and it shows in their customer service. It’s been like this for years.
