This review is based off interactions on a 3 mth span. cashier 4stars....store manager ( photo desk area 1 star, pharmacy tech/female pharmacy member) 1 star.....hence overall experience. Neither leadership/higher station associate, was NOT friendly, timely, customer engaged(0.00 interaction) store presence- clean, smells appropriate quick check out) DO BETTER, AS LEADERSHIP LEAD BY EXAMPLE

One star is far too high of a rating. If you dare to shop here NEVER EVER use their in-store Photo Services. My family and I have been loyal customers of Walgreens for over 25 years. Throughout this time I've probably been in a hundred or more of their stores. The service at this location, and the totally unprofessional encounter I had with the person claiming to be the "store manager," was such that I will likely never shop at ANY Walgreens stores again. This stance is not taken lightly. But the fact is, if Walgreens has now decided to condones this kind of customer service it's no longer a place that me and my family will be supporting as customers.

Valerie assisted me at a different Walgreens location that she was helping out at today, while the other associates were being very rude and neglecting to provide service. Valerie also helped me carry my items as I am 35 weeks pregnant. She told me she works here at the McGinnis locations normally, and I will always be coming here from now on!

medications should be on a first come first serve basis. I have gone to this location and my medication is hard to find. They say they can't fill it and i need to go to my regular pharmacy (even though they filled it the last two times). Their reasoning is that they cant accept new prescriptions/patients. The problem is that my regular pharmacy (Publix) is out as well. What is a person to do? is it legal for a pharmacy to clearly deny a person their meds when they have it in stock and saving it for someone else? i dont know but this just isn't right. The whole purpose of a pharmacy is to give us our medication right? they should not pass judgment and play doctor behind the counter and "save" medication for someone else. How is this fair?

I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for many years but due the extremely unpleasant experience today, I won’t shop with Walgreens any more. The black staff in photo department was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited there for more than 20 minutes but didn’t get my photos at all. I also saw that more than 3 groups of people were not satisfied with what she did. I will go to cvs or Walmart in the future instead

Received great customer service from the pharmacy! The young lady helping at the desk was very patient and helpful to everyone in line. An older gentleman was in line with me and she was so kind and patient with him and her tone was very friendly. The young lady working in the drive thru line was very efficient and, from what I could tell, communicated very clearly and was patient with going over instructions and details of medications. I received a vaccination, and the pharmacist was extremely gentle and comforting. Great community pharmacy!

This is the best Walgreens ever! I have lived in different areas of the State of Georgia and this one has the best customer service. Lexi is an asset to this store. I am a senior citizen and she was so accommodating and helpful with regard to COVID and schedules etc. In a time where the older people are being treated badly because we can't hear and tend to be slow to react she was a shining star and even called me back with more info. Love all the folks in the pharmacy. Have patience they have a heck of a job waiting on consumers during this difficult time.

Young Asian Female pharmacist is rude and cold. Just asked her if it was Pfizer COVID vaccine to verify for god’s sake and she just gave me the rudest look ever. She has a bad demeanor and is quite condescending. This female pharmacist obviously lack empathy toward patients and customer service.If you don’t want to do your job right, I suggest you find another profession that does not require you to work relating to customer service. This was after waiting about 30 minutes past my appointment time and no apology was given what so ever.

I had a COVID test appointment for today. The confirmation email said to call the pharmacy for procedures for those without a vehicle. Not that I should have to disclose this because someone could not have a vehicle for any reason, but I have a condition that makes it difficult to drive, so I made my appointment at a Walgreens in walking distance. I called the pharmacy, and they said to walk to the store and call and they’ll send someone out for my test. When I walked all the way there, I called. The lady on the phone says that they don’t do that.I had to leave work early to walk here due to no appointments outside of office hours. I’m already not feeling good because I think I have COVID. Your staff is uninformed and don’t communicate with each other. I’m trying to make sure I don’t spread this to more people, so I can’t in good conscience take an Uber to go get this test. Yet the lady on the phone said to go to urgent care! Yeah lady! Let me just drive there in my NO CAR which is why we’re doing this dance in the first place.I’m typing out this review while I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes with customer service.

I get my prescriptions here, photos printed, and some otc items. On a recent visit, I couldn't help but notice the quality staff. They impressed me with good old fashioned customer service, namely friendliness, attentiveness, knowledge, and responsiveness. The store is clean, bright and well stocked. I have noticed a lot of the businesses that I visit are having a hard time keeping good staff, shelves stocked, etc., and I know times are tough, but this store is getting it right.

They accidentally doubled my depression medicines dosage, and I didn’t catch this mistake for almost a month. This caused my depression to flare back up for this first time in 3 years. I used to be suicidal but my life has been on track for the last 3 years due to me finding the right medicine and regularly taking it. This could potentially set me back years. Walgreen’s response? The pharmicist downplayed the severity of this issue gave a curt apology and said that he had decided not to charge me for the correct dosage but refused to refund the incorrect medicine. This store is not just bad they are dangerous. It’s one thing to throw a wrench into my mental health and undo years of progress. If this were a more serious medicine it could have killed me. I will never fill a prescription here again and neither should you, health and safety are too important.

Very slow. Prescription not filled two hours after being called in. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes at the window while they looked for the prescription. Once they finally found it they said to come back in an hour. Bad customer service. Seem overwhelmed.
