I walked in for one thing and Rozeena Tajani ended up giving me her undivided attention to so many other items that were on the list. She’s always 2 steps ahead looking out for all of us who walk in. So glad Rozeena is at the Suwanee branch now. She’s great!

My wife and I came here to open an bank account and we are so impressed with Mrs. Rozeena Tajani. She is friendly and help us very enthusiastically. She spent time to ask us many questions to consult what are the best benefits for us. She is very patient to explain our questions and provided us many useful information. Run by a bunch of entitled, arrogant, @$$holes. Tried to deposit a check from my parents and they accused me of forging the check. They didnt say it to my face, but when I called their customer service to complain, Michelle, acted with the same arrogance. She called the branch and they informed her that they thought the date was suspicious. Perhaps its sexist because none were male. STAY AWAY FROM THESE POMPOUS @$$HOLES!

THANK YOU ROZEENA TAJAN (Suwanee Branch)!!!! Rozenna helped me with my banking needs and pointed out how I could save money with transaction costs -- very helpful! I had a questions on a payment method available on the Wells Fargo app. Rozenna told me she had never been asked that question before and would get back to me. A few hours later Rozenna called me back!! With the answer!! Thank you!!!

Made an online appointment for foreign currency exchangeReceived my confirmation back for 9:30 a m so bank knew why I was coming. They also had my email and phone#. I attempted to call yesterday for 2 hrs no exaggeration both the bank # and then someone somewhere put me through to the foreign currency department same issue no one answered. So I showed up for appt this am and was greeted by a banker in an office I told her why I was there. She asked if I had ordered the currency I said no and she said they keep no currency at bank. And there was. a 2 day lag time. I said I tried to confirm by phone yesterday and could get through to no one. She then states they ans no phones yesterday as it was too busy since it was the day after holiday. Horrible customer service and I am a 25 year customer who will look for a customer service orientedBusiness as soon as I return. A waste of my time and gas as well. Wells Fargo horrid reviews for bank in general. Cannot keep blaming Covid and labor shortages it seems to be a theme these days. What greater commitment for a business that we allow to safeguard our money and future and you can’t ans a phone call? And btw their website is also erroneous, I did my homework and found the location that should have been able to assist and I leave tomorrow for trip overseas, I recently retired. My job and pay relied on my positive CSI scores.

Every time my account reaches 4 dollars my bank takes out an overdraft fee! I’m going to close my account with Wells Fargo if y’all don’t try harder to keep your customers

Not helpful or accommodating especially when it was 30 minutes before closing . Not friendly or welcoming . Just seem to be worried about leaving at 5pm with something that would have taken a few minutes.

I did transaction at this location and forgot some important documents but the people working there zero help they do have cameras but don’t even bother the check who stole my documents. I have exact time I was there and there was only one more customer at the time and the branch was closing in a hour. No help. I will never use or recommend to anyone this location.

During the Covid crisis, I wanted to apply for the PPP small business loan, while most of America was pulling together, Wells Fargo was once again failing. Not only do they not help non-customers, but they dont even help lifelong customers like myself, since my business checking was closed for a short period of time during a transition, notably when Covid first hit. I spoke to a lady at the executive office, I think her name is Bruna Chavez, but on her voicemail, and when I asked, she mumlbes her name, her number is 689-216-3313. This lady is so incompetent, over twenty minutes on the phone, she repeated herself over, and over, and over and over. I kindly asked her if she knew she sounds like a broken record, and that she was repeating herself, she answered by saying let me give you your case number, and I informed her that she already gave that to me 11 times. Bruma or Bruna is useless, she should be on trash detail, and not talk with living customers. Maybe she should handle the accounts of customers who have passed away only. Totally useless Wells Fargo "executive", greedy and self serving. But hey, thats pretty much what the whole scandal was about also. So old habits die hard, for a truly vulgar American company. Fire this employee and let her work on a used car lot where she belongs.

Very poor customer service. Nickel & diming me to death on fees. Stayed with them because of long standing relationships with banks they purchased but looking for better banking service.
