They seemed to forget to look at their paper........to see we had a meeting with them this morning.......waited over 30mins and left. We will open up our small business account with another bank. Very disappointed

Horrible, horrible recent experience with Wells Fargo. I had a fraudulent incident where almost $3000 was taken out of my account in a business to business ACH transfer that I did not authorize. Since I was out of town, I was told I did not report the fraud in a timely manner. Because of this, WF said they cannot help me and to accept the lost money. They are not helping me in any way to track the institution that took my money or help me get my money back. They have essentially left me by myself and are not helping. What kind of customer service is this? I get no protection from my bank in a fraudulent event. DON'T BANK WITH THEM.

It was the rare time i actually went into the branch for assistance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, this holiday, WF took the cheap route and no longer had gift envelopes - a bank tradition going back to my childhood. This year, of all years, to go cheap on customers... less to do with the branch and more with leadership:

The way this branch is setup during COVID19 is a mess. They have 5 different signs on their window and nothing is clear. I waited in my car for 10 mins, then a customer said I need to call the number first. I called the number but they said you can’t use the bank without an appt and sent me to the drivethru services. You need to make it clear to customers how things work during these times, we’ll understand. Clear communication is highly valued right now.

This branch is a joke. The branch manager is beyond rude and unprofessional. The bankers are inept, untrained, and pompous. Frank Gonzales is unbelievably untrained and unprofessional. I will never do business with Wells Fargo again. If you value your assets, you should not either. This whole corporation should be shut down. If I could give negative five stars, I would. Please take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. Their negligence and lack of professionalism/poor training lead to the lack of an inability to spot fraud and ultimately the loss of thousands of dollars. Upon confronting the banker responsible he denied having any involvement. Corporate is equally useless. They will help scammers steal your money and then ignore you, AVOID WELLS FARGO!!

Such wonderful customer service and always many tellers there ready to help. If you want to experience bad or zero customer service, please stop by Bank of America at Laurel Springs. There’s usually only 1 teller and a really long line! I’ll switch all my accounts over soon.
