Youfit has a product that works for me. It is close to home and has the equipment that I need for my workouts. Their staff is constantly cleaning the equipment and are very welcoming. Many have become part of my gym family. Finally, working out in a small class environment with a trainer has been perfect for me. It keeps me motivated. I am at the gym every Tuesday and Thursday morning to work out in Coach Joen's class. Joen changes up the routines with every class, so it is never boring. He keeps a close eye on all his students and guides us to perfecting the motions of the exercise. This way we get the maximum value of our efforts. He finds out what our goals are and helps us to achieve them. While he pushes us, he also accepts that we are not all at the same level and combines group with individual attention. He pushes us to do more and to grow, but at the same time not beyond our abilities. Joen understands physiology and how to maximize our workouts. It has been very refreshing working with someone that knowledgeable.

I have been a member at the Suwanee location for a couple of years. I started the morning group class with Joen and it has made all the difference. His classes have kept my husband and I motivated and encouraged. My goal was to increase my strength and flexiblity which continues to progress. Joen's classes include a variety of exercises including boxing and can be modified for different levels and abilities. Thank you Joen for all you do!

Friendly staff. I decided to get a personal trainer, Joen and it’s been well worth it! Along with being a great motivator, he knows my goals as well as my strengths and weaknesses and makes adjustments to workouts accordingly. He pays close attention to body mechanics to make sure I’m exercising correctly. He knows when and how hard to push. He’s also very knowledgeable in diet and nutrition. Joen Rocks!

Simple gym. Not a ton of equipment but clean, and nothing broken. Quiet. Not a lot of chatting between folks working out .

I would give a good rating however I have been trying to cancel my membership and they’re really give me a hard time. They sent out two different emails misinforming me about my buyout amount. When I spoke with customer service one of them told me another for buyout . Another person told me one of the advisors changed my cancellation status without my knowledge or prior notice. When it comes to charging people they do that real quick. They misinform you hold information back, make you sign and agreement and then turn it over to you. This gym is a scam.

I am an Orlando based member, but due to lots of family in the North GA area I ended up coming to this location while on a trip up here. I am so impressed with the people, the environment, the cleanliness, everything about this place lent itself to a great workout every time! Nick Patma's Glutes and Abs classes were killer in the best possible way as well and his boundless, positive energy made me feel very welcome while visiting. Keep up the amazing work, y'all are my second gym home now for sure!

BEWARE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!! Never join this club ever!!! They are running a scam. Me and my wife tried to join the membership in this club in April. These people will do and say anything to get your membership. They said that they are putting us on month to month membership so we applied and we can discontinue with a 15 day notice. After a month my wife couldnt continue because of her schedule therefore we tried to cancel her account. They said they cancelled the account and now they are saying they automatically put us on yearly membership. We were never told about it. They just get your signs on bunch of documents without even telling you what that is. Now they are asking to pay the rest of the years fee for my wife or some kinda buyout fee. This is outrageous to pay for whole year when we never signed up for that.Beware!! There are better gyms. This is full on scam!!!!! Dont join this gym.

Memberships at real gyms aren't nearly as difficult to cancel as they are here. No matter when you cancel, you're paying for another month. No way around it. I've never seen this anywhere else. And again, real gyms do no such thing. It's cheap but there are many reasons for that. Some days, rows of machines will inexplicably just not be accessible. I've seen quite a few roaches, loose wires hanging out of treadmills, ellipticals and similar equipment. Better hope you don't have any trouble scanning in. I've waited up front for ridiculous amounts of time to get help. Probably because of the employee turn around. I see new faces literally every time I go in. Bottom line, spend extra and find something better. It's not even worth the $15/month.

I initially came to this location wanting to continue my YouFit membership as the location in Norcross has officially closed on 5/24/23. I spoke to Maggie, the manager at the Norcross location on 5/21/23 about my inquiry, she stated the process to transfer my membership over to Suwanee location was simply that I needed to walk into the location itself and tell them that I wanted to transfer my membership there and make it my home gym since the Norcross location was going to close soon. Something about Maggie's tone seemed inconsiderate and untruthful to the overall process, but I trusted her recommendation anyways. On the morning of 5/24/23, I decided to have my first workout at the Suwanee location and finalize my official transfer there by speaking to the manager at that location. I figured if things don't go smoothly then there can be communication across the 2 locations between the managers to sort things out. With this in mind, I spoke to Courtney, the manager at the Suwanee location and told her about my request. Courtney seemed to understand my situation at first and was willing to help me make the transition. She mentioned she needed to speak to upper management to see if this transition was plausible. After speaking to her superiors, Courtney stated that my contract at YouFit Norcross was now void and I would have to sign a new contract with YouFit Suwanee with terms of a new initiation fee AND annual dues (although I already paid it for my Norcross contract). I told her I spoke to Maggie at Norcross location and she said the process was actually simple without any additional commitments or fees. Courtney stated that Maggie is rather new and not familiar with the contract transfer process. I found this odd because I would assume the responsibilities of a manager are to be informed on these matters, instead of spreading false information.Courtney then offered a new contract that excluded the initiation fee but it would only be considered if I agreed to the 1 year term. It seemed she was still trying to sell me a new contract when I told her I simply wanted to transfer my membership to another location and continue the same contract I have had for the past 12 years. Once she heard that I was a long time member, she said she would work something out in my favor, but she returned with an offer of 50% off my annual dues if I signed a new contract. At this point, I realized I am just being bargained with and am wasting my time trying to get them to realize something which was supposed to be a simple process. I decided I would not sign the new contract and left the Suwanee location to return to the Norcross location to get a final workout in on closing day and speak to Maggie about this ordeal. When I spoke to her about this she retracted everything she originally stated about the process and that I would in fact need to sign a new contract to continue membership at YouFit Suwanee. Low and behold my gut feeling was right that these people cannot be trusted. They have no respect for long time members and their failure to accommodate them in even the simplest means is what has probably led to them having to close several of their locations and will most likely be the end of them. In conclusion, go somewhere else where you get treated with some dignity and respect and feel valued as a member, instead of this dump of a company.

Very clean, spacious, friendly gym. No judgement. People of all fitness levels. The staff is great, always greet you with a smile and ready to help!!! Been working with personal trainer, Nick. He's awesome. Modifies exercises to my ability, challenges me to push myself, never boring, always safe... And I feel so much better now. Highly recommend this gym.
