“As someone who has used this auto shop 3 different times, I can attest to their commitment to make the customer happy. I asked them to work on my dad's old car (2004 Buick Century), and while it took a long time to finalize the project (1 year 7 months), I can honestly say that it truly wasn't their fault. Parts for such an old car are hard to come by. In the end, I was very pleased with the outcome. They made the vehicle look brand new. It is one of the last reminders I have of my both deceased parents, and I'm eternally grateful to Charlie for his steadfast commitment. While I have now moved out of the area, I strongly recommend this company for all auto body shop needs! They really stand behind their work!!!!”

“I am very disappointed that I have gotten two thermostats for my Chevy Silverado and they only last 2 weeks. Both of the thermostats were defective My truck kept overheating and I had replaced the main parts. Now on 4/21/24, I had to easily take my truck to the Chevy dealership in Metter and drop it off.
There is no reason or excuses why there are so many defective parts being sold. How by chance can all this be resolved
