I’ve eaten here a few times. The food is always good. Orders have been correct every time. My only complaint is that they can run slow fulfilling orders, but that’s just about anywhere these days.

Family decided to get BK, the drive thru alone took about 20 minutes for 3-4 cars, we then have to park for an additional 5-7 mins while we wait for our food, the Whopper Jr's were the exact same size as their cheeseburger, and the cheeseburgers barely had any trace of ketchup.

The cashier on 10/13/23 was very rude to my mother not only did she get the order wrong the amount was more than menu price, my mother left the without food and stated she would never go back to this location because she felt that she was abused verbally by the cashier. She states that the cashier had her earbuds on and was having a conversation with someone while she was trying to place her order. The cashier rudely told her that she was talking. My mother waited patiently to place her order and when the cashier finished her conversation she delayed taking her order. This is not professional at all and represents hostile atmosphere.

I would love to give more stars but let's call it how it is. When you place an online order at 10:37 am to be picked up at 10:55 am and you're given the deer in a headlight look when you ask for it. Houston we have a problem! The cashier then walked over to the register and pulled my receipt then yelled back to the cook to make it. I then hear the cook tell her, it has to cook. There were no apologies nor was I told by the cashier that it needed to cook. Not acceptable. When someone places an online order and gives them ample time before pickup, well that usually means they're in a hurry. Then on top of it you give me way over cooked french fries that weren't even hot. Again, this is unacceptable. To close this up, they weren't even busy.

Ordered and had to wait for the gentleman to even expect our money for our order so pulled up to the next window to pay just for the lady to tell us to wait longer.... In my opinion go to another burger King with your craving from resent commercials....

Came in at 8am. The woman who took our order was very rude. Threw our bag of food at us, but had a whole different attitude to a man that came in behind us. She was also being very ugly about someone at the drive thru. Saying “they probably want it for free, they can’t get nothing for free”. Very disrespectful.

My last and final experience was I had to pull up and wait on coffee at 7:30Am. Who does that at a fast food restaurant and also before ordering, the drive thru was not working so I pulled to the window placed my order. After paying for my order I was told I had to wait on coffee. After waiting 30 minutes I went inside then I was told I had to wait on my food to be cooked. I immediately asked for my refund. Every time I order at the drive thru I have to wait 30 minutes or more and the order is never right. Enough is Enough. Burger King needs to do something about their customer service.

Took 27 minutes to get 2 meals, 10 people got their meals and they ordered after me. At the 20 minute mark, I asked where my order was. The lady said " Oh,we bypassed it". No sorry, no nothing. I thought McDonald's was bad earlier, Burger King over here trying to keep up with them. Experience sucked
