I don't even know where to start! The service I received was a pedicure, and the lady conducting it was on her phone the entire time. Next, she didn't even apply cuticle softener. I had to request it. Then she only picked at my cuticles with the clippers, so I just took the tool and did it myself. She didn't massage my feet, only a small portion of my legs for a maximum of 30 seconds each. I went there because the other ones were closed or too busy but next time I'll wait. Lesson learned.

Best place in Swainsboro , the only place I let do my manicures & pedicures. I don't mind waiting, cause it's well worth the wait. Always do a perfect job.

Overpriced! Paid $53 for a pedicure that was worth $20. Didn’t massage my leg, the guy took his mask off and sneezed in the air and then put his mask back on. Overall the service was about 15 minutes. If you get cat eyes gel polish it additional $5 on top of the additional $3 if you use your card.Service: Pedicure

Great customer service but I recently got gel nail polish and regular toe polish. He left bubble in my thumbnail and caked up polish on the side of my toe. A blind man could have seen that! I don’t mind waiting but don’t rush and mess up my nails because still gotta pay full price then gotta come back to redo the ones that are messed up!?Service: Gel manicures

I love my nails. But they really need more nail techs. Especially when they have a lot of walk ins. We had a long wait time.
