Hey y’all!!! Krystle is amazing. When my pet grooming unit broke, I was devastated. Didn’t know what I was going to do, as life had already been dragging me bad. I came across a listing on FB Marketplace that Krystle had posted. I contacted her, after hours, and she promptly responded. Told me about the cargo trailer, and said to come on down in the morning. When I got there, she was so polite and professional. I was pulling out of their lot within 30 minutes. A day later, I was back to mobile pet grooming. Thank you Krystle! I am gratefully appreciative.

On 11/16/24 I drove over a hour away to get a trailer for my lawn care business. Mind you I was in a hurry because I had my two year old in the car screaming and my daughters wanting food, typical dad life. I walked around trailer to inspect it and just did not notice I bought the barn doors due to the hurry I was in. I drove off the lot and realized literally three minutes down the road I had made a mistake and tried to contact them to swap it for the one with a back ramp. Seller said she had left to a birthday party and couldn’t go back that day so I informed her that I would come back Monday am to swap out trailer thinking it wouldn’t be an issue. It was my mistake so I knew I’d have to pay 560down again and lose the 560 I had previously put down. Monday am I was on the lot waiting at 8:30 for them to open. Once she arrived she informed me that in order to swap I’d forfeit my 560.00 then I’d have to pay 3months payments on a trailer I hadn’t and couldn’t use and then the down payment on the one I needed. I reached out to the regional sales agent and even corporate to inform them I didn’t mind paying three months ahead but would like it to go on trailer I needed as-well as another down payment.They basically told me no that it was in contract and even Mrs Krystal had no idea it was in said contract. I understand I shouldn’t have rushed but I’m like any other dad trying to raise three kids on top of starting a business!! I’m wide open 24/7 and made a simple mistake and I guess now I’m paying for it. I left the trailer there Monday am in hopes they would try to work with me but I’ve attempted everything and nothing worked. Mrs Krystal did all she could in the position she holds and I appreciate that but I would NOT do any business with Premier Trailers and expect fairness in a business setting. Corporate people are rude and basically tell you your screwed deal with it. I am now out 560 and three months payments on a trailer that’s on there lot and now have to pay more to get another one. Please don’t make the mistake I did. Read the full contract no matter how many pages long it may be nor how busy life has you!!!!!!!!! Another trailor company will be opening shop in swainsboro within the next few days and if your after fair dealings I would recommend them. They to have heard a few horror stories about blue house rentals llc!! I’m by no means bitter and tried every way I could to work with them but I finally had to throw my hands up and just take the loss. And even looked into swapping door which would be upwards of 2500 and would void my warranty. I will be posting a video about this experience so if you’d like to understand the full details I’ll be sharing it all so NO ONE has to deal with this. If you need more insight just look up Blue House Rentals on BBB and the reviews will tell you all you need to know about this leasing company and how they treat customers!!! Update on said response to review Maco says they tried to help with down payment on a different trailer and this is two days after I had no choice but to buy another trailer!!! I was told if I hadn’t put review or took it down I’d be given my deposit back then we asked to have the owner call me to discuss and resolve this situation I was yet again ignored and left to warn others of this mess!!!! They in noway have tried to help me resolve anything at all and only after leaving this review showed any care to even try! I’ll be uploading all the conversation from me and Krystal so everyone can see what I’ve dealt with and again I have yet to hear from said owner at all!!!! And was even blocked by Mrs Krystal!!!

Krystle Stoltzfus was very helpful from Maco Structures and Trailers. She assisted me and helped me get the right building I needed to upgrade my storage needs. Doing all of this on a holiday (05-27-2024). Thank you again.

We are in the process of purchasing a shed. Krystle has been very responsive and helpful so far! I will update this post once the purchase and delivery is finalized. Only 4 stars so far, as we have not completed the full process yet.
Update now that we’ve received the shed: 5/5 stars! The shed was very well built, and the delivery man was very kind and efficient putting the shed in place in our backyard! Krystle followed back up the next day to make sure everything went well. Great customer service from start to finish.

My new She-shed arrived today! What a beauty!! Maco has gone above and beyond to make our vision come true! All staff and workers are helpful, friendly and courteous! I was contacted if there were any questions about what I wanted and a reply to any of my inquiries were promptly answered. Our shed was even delivered in about three weeks when we were given a 4-6 week estimate! I HIGHLY recommend Maco for your shed/structure/trailer needs!!
