Jessica Fabean is the blueprint for customer service. I was in a bad mood because I was having phone issues, after a few minutes of talking with her everything went perfect. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions got me in and out in about 30 minutes, and that was only because we had to wait for everything to transfer from my old phone to my new phone. She is a great representative for Verizon and should be recognized for what she does for the company.”
