The Screven County Rec Department offers a well-maintained and clean pool that provides a refreshing escape from the summer heat for just $2 per day. The department also hosts a family-friendly 4th of July celebration with a live band, a jump house for children, and a respectable fireworks display. The park itself is well-maintained, with a clean and large kitchen, as well as clean picnic areas with ample trash containers, making it an ideal location for family gatherings.
I love the walking trail here and old workout equipment. The playground could use some updating but it's really a nice little park to meet up with friends and enjoy a walk with good conversation.

The pool offers a very welcomed relief from the summer heat and is very well maintained. It is very clean and the bathrooms are as well! For $2/day you really can’t beat it!
