Package, box, was crumpled and thrown on front porch. The package WAS a plant. If you don't like delivering packages, I suggest you find a different job.

Absolute worst Mail service in the state of Georgia. They have got ghetto crackheads out delivering the mail with five and six people in the vehicle loud music playing and I’m not sure what they do with the packages, but they are not delivering them to me. I don’t know if they’re trading them for crack or what is going on, but there’s absolutely no help from the post office

I was expecting a very important package yesterday…medication for my dog. Then I got an alert from Amazon that the carrier the USPS was unable to deliver it due to my driveway or front door not being accessible! Looks pretty accessible to me! Alert said at 7:09 pm was the timestamp. Funny because I was outside in the yard at that time and there was no mail carrier to be seen.

Waited by my front door for a package that needed a signature only to find that the mail lady snuck the mail into our mailbox and left a missed delivery paper in the mailbox, so I tried constantly to call the post office just to keep getting a busy signal. Would give it no stars if it was an option as this is the second time that this happened

Poor service has been going on for over 6 years for us. Door broken on our new mailbox last year. I watched our carrier slam it several times with a piece of envelope from a package sticking out of it. Amazon packages and other packages are not delivered on time. Mail and packages delivered to wrong address numerous times. Packages damaged several times and have many photos to prove this. UPS hands off packages to USPS and that delays our package delivery also. I would give zero stars as far as rural service. Lady I speak with when calling Sylvania Post Office very nice and polite. I would give her a star. We have called numerous times and complained even our children have when waiting on packages for their jobs that weren’t delivered on time have complained. We called from 2pm to 3:30 pm the other day non stop and got no answer at all. So we called the 800 number and will be calling them with any future complaints from now on.

My family was waiting for items being delivered today that we needed from Amazon only to find out our mail carrier never came down our street today to anyone and took all our mail back and now we have to leave our jobs early tomorrow to pick up our mail at the post office. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Poor service and not happy! We can't afford to lose money from our jobs to do our carriers job.

I had packages that were supposed to arrive at my house today that were at the sylvania ga facility yesterday that they sent to Savannah GA and now is late because they were not supposed to go to Savannah....NOT HAPPY!!!!!
