Does not offer faxing services but is an option for fax services online. Idk if this is an issue in Google side or CVS but it needs to be fixed since I drove quite a distance to use services that are not even available.

We have had numerous issues with this pharmacy not including all of the prescriptions. From my Dad's to my husband's prescriptions, since December, this CVS is hit or miss on including all that was prescribed and you don't always know what is missing depending on who picks up. We live about 15 minutes away, so it is not convenient when they miss the mark. We are seriously considering other options in our area as it seems to be a consistent issue.
