Upon the arrival of my lift, which I knew was there because the tracking for it was second to none, I was called by a very pleasant and cheerful person who gave me every detail I needed. The next day I headed and hour and a half away to pick it up with my trailer. Again the staff in thier front office and warehouse, are the nicest anywhere and so helpful. I wish I could give them more stars. What a great feeling to know that customer service and good business ethics are still alive in today's world.
