Three undelivered envelopes and counting from this location. Items were never scanned in after I dropped them off at the in-store drop box. Was forced to provide my customers refunds for every item lost by this location. Three from the same week - and I expect more refund requests to come. I've never encountered this issue from any other USPS location. Get it together.

On Tonya Moss credit history shows a post office box that I never had! I had a friend who worked at the Talking Rock GA Post Office, but I never had a post office box. I adore the friends, but not the claim that is false. Homeless.

Some Postal Service Employee left a Big Mess at my mailbox on a dirt road. I had a $200 comfort: the box was very damaged, and it was thrown off the road also another small package was in the weeds behind the box. Thes packages should have been brought to my house. On Price Creek Rd, Talking Rock

Best post office! Same day Passport appointment! The Staff is super friendly and helpful. She loves her job and she is doing a great customer service. I hope more people will be able to do their best every day like she is .

By far the reason l love this little post office so much is because of Shannon! She is so helpful and sweet..it makes going there a Breeze! She needs a raise & promotion!

There's a USPO closer to my home, but sometimes I will go out of my way to visit this location. It's not as crowded and the people there are incredibly friendly.

I don't know why, but they always leave my packages at an uncovered side door, never the covered front porch, so my packages are always wet, and sometimes entirely ruined. Calling and talking to someone doesn't help, as I've already done that.

The old lady with short hair at the counter is the most miserable and unfriendly woman I have ever encountered. If I could give less than 1 star for her horrible attitude I would. She has no business working with the public.

My mail never arrives from up to a couple months ago, including a card I have had the bank send three times now over the course of the last two months. They also never answer the phone and it's an automated system that never understands what you say, I have family from my home state sending me stuff for my birthday and now I am terrified my stuff will be lost or delivered to the wrong address again since I have a near identical address to someone else, and being new to the area I have no idea where the other address is. Horrible postal service who doesn't deliver or just cannot read the address on mail.
