The post office on 5216 Hwy 53, Braselton, GA DOES NOT EXIST. I went there 2 times and there is no building, no access road, or anything else except vegitation. After going there based on the information from USPS, and finding nothing, I called the help line and told them the problem specifically, and still they gave me that address. Seriously, there aren't even any surrounding buildings until you get to the 5800 block. I told them this information needs to be updated, to no avail.

So it appears Jeff M is never coming here again but I just mailed a package on 11-28-22 with a Buford zip code with no issues. Postal worker was very cheerful too.

My wife tried to deliver packages to the Hoschton GA post office and was told by a male employee (Post Manager) that the pre-paid shipping label should show the Hoschton zip code (we live in another zip code but this office was closer). My wife asked if she should go to another post office and he actually said "I would appreciate it". My wife drove out of her way to another post office where the packages were accepted with no issue. Never going to Hoschton again!

This is a small post office that I was not overly impressed with the service. I guess if you are in the area, it will have to do.

Wow....the youtube video shows this post office to be disrespectful of the Constitution and their own rules, and hateful towards journalists. Shame!

They have no idea that they are open to the public. There is no expectation of privacy in public. This is a unsafe office to visit.

I've been a cheerful customer of the teeny Braselton post office for as long as I've lived in the area (going on 12 yrs.) and I've never encountered anything but quick and friendly service. I've been to some pitifully pokey and peevish post offices before, but this location has never been anything but efficient. The parking lot and retail counter-space might be tight, but it's never been terribly busy. Just don't mix it up with the postal annex right around the corner on 53 as that office doesn't offer retail shipping.
