I see Andrea about every 8 weeks for a cut and color. She's always on time, does a good job with the color and cuts my hair just like I ask her to. Very pleased

Came in to salon to get an undercut and a few simple braids for my Viking cosplay for Dragoncon. Andrea is very nice and did a fantastic job!

Went in as a walk in for a shampoo and cut. Had inspirations pic and asked to keep it shoulder length with long bangs. I had old color that I wanted off the ends. Got the cut and left with my hair wet to go home and style. I got home and started styling my hair and it was not layered well, choppy, still had old color on the ends so I called her the next day and asked if I could come back because the hair was not cut well. I could tell she was offended but she told me to come back and she’d fix it. So I went back and she dampened my hair and started to reshape the cut, as she’s doing it, she’s tugging and pulling and tangling the ends and just pulling at the knots roughly. She brushed the back of my neck several times. She spent maybe 15 mins and I just wanted out of there because of her attitude. Got back home and my hair was just hacked at. None of the layers are even and well shaped, one side is significantly shorter than the other side. I would never go back and I would never recommend the salon to anyone else

this place is absolutely horrible. i showed the stylist exactly the color that i wanted and it was WAY too light and orange. savannah claimed that "the roots didn't get as dark as she wanted them too," but none of the rest of my hair was the correct color. i got home to find that there was bleach all over my hoodie that is now ruined. i called to let her know that it was not what i wanted and to inform her that my hoodie is bleached and she told me that "accidents happen." for a full bleach and color it was 140$ and i added a tip, which was a huge mistake. do not book with savannah. do not come here.

As an aspiring and in school cosmetologist I am completely and utterly horrified at the results of my girlfriends hair after coming here. She simply came in for some layers to add a bit of spunk to her style and came out with a bob . (Completely unacceptable). It came to about 2-3 inches below the shoulder before the visit and during the consultation she even showed a reference picture that is nothing like what she ended up with. She lost a good 4-5” off of her hair and now is above even her chin. The style was completely achievable but the stylist managed to mess it up. Unless you are wanting a straight across haircut I do not AT ALL recommend this place. If I could I would give it a zero.
