“I’ve been using this post office regularly, and the team here is top-notch. Post offices can get incredibly hectic, especially during the evening dispatch rush, but the staff handles the pressure flawlessly.
Every time I’ve had a complex shipping question or a delivery concern, the supervisors and clerks have been incredibly professional, helpful, and eager to resolve the issue on the spot. The lobby is always clean, the lines move remarkably fast, and the staff works hard to keep operations running smoothly.
It is clear this location is well-managed. Thank you for all your hard work serving our community!”
“I love my Post Office :) Such a pleasure to visit, unlike any other (compared to the hellacious ones in Cali) with nice, helpful employees & problems get solved pretty quickly, etc. There have been a few retirements, which have caused a few delivery problems with the influx of new/inexperienced employees, but things seem to have smoothed out fairly quickly. Overall awesome!”

“Zebulon Post office....adorable. I love little small town post offices!! Anyway...a bit of a challenge to get to as the entrance e in back can be interesting but easy to get out if you hit the traffic light at the right time!! Very nice people and always very friendly even when I'M grumpy, hot and tired (so sorry Zebulon postal lady). I've Gone at all hours and all days and never had to wait in line for more than one person if that. Pretty efficient I'd say.”
