I got my daughter's hair trimmed and washed here, and mind you she has hair down past her knees!! Her stylist was Ashley and she took her time on it and I was pleased. My daughter has cerebral palsy and Ashley was great with her and my daughter had a great experience!! ❤

I get my hair done twice a year I contacted her weeks ahead of time and when she finally gets back to me only to say sorry I’m booked out till January very disappointed I truly liked her but this is unprofessional.

I called to see about getting an appointment and instead of answering the phone like you would do for a business I just got a simple very irritated hello. I asked if they had any appointments available for today and she said no and that was it. I’m like OK, thanks. I hung up. I don’t care how good the rest of the reviews are on here but if you answer a business found like that and you’re rude to me, never even having met me or know me, you automatically lose my business! Everybody talks about supporting local businesses, not when you have an attitude like that and you’re that rude. I’ll go somewhere else.
