“Evacuated from hurricane Milton here. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They were genuinely interested and concerned and did all they could to ensure we felt right at home. Easy, timely check in and easy to check out. No unnecessary paperwork to just get into your room after a long trip. We will be back and we highly recommend Econo Lodge, Thomaston Ga”

“I was absolutely terrified after reading these reviews, but after riding through Thomaston, since we had to stay local, this seemed like the nicest hotel in the area. The owners were actually very nice and our room was cleaned properly daily! My son has a little shape sorter toy and housekeeping found one of the little stars up under the bed when they were doing a daily clean and left it for us on the nightstand. I never would've looked under the bed, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were that thorough. The location is great and close to anything you could want to do in the area. It's definitely not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, but it's reasonable and to be expected for the price point! If you needed somewhere to stay just for a few nights while in town, I'd stay again!”
