This is, hands down, the worst gas station in Thomaston. The pay at pump is out of order near daily for multiple pumps or, if the pay at pump is functional, often the fuel rewards is non-functional. Since this is the only Shell station, and I’ve been enrolled in Shell Fuel Rewards for so long, I still use this station. Though, Chevron looks better day by day. The only redeeming quality is that if you do have to go inside, you don’t leave smelling like fried food like you would at nearly every other gas station around here. One star for existence, one star for not smelling like Waffle House meets crack house on exit.

Three times now I have stopped by this location and unable to pay at pump. Very rude employees. They should not be allowed to carry the Shell name at this location.

The Owner of this store (Ranish) is a horrible person to work for. He treats his workers improperly. Talks behind his employees backs. You have to enter most of the prices into the system (So if your cashier doesn’t know the proper price you may be overcharged). Just go to raceway and Ranish, do better little buddy

Twice now I have went to this store and twice very rude employees. Managers should help train the employees as to what the term "Customer Service " means. Don't stop here. . The raceway has much better fuel prices and very nice and polite next door on hwy 19 headed towards Griffin Ga.
