This was by far the best car wash I’ve ever been to. The customer service was phenomenal and the results were better than I expected. John Richardson (the manager) went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% taken care of.

I was passing through the town of Thomaston, and figured I would stop by tidal wave for a quick wash. The amount of traveling I had done made my car pretty dirty. After my experience at Tidal Wave, my white car appeared to have a wax like shine and I was impressed. Thank you to the guys at this location, especially Kain. He was so informative and helpful.

I haven’t been washing my car S much as i should, thankfully the gentleman out here were able too scrub my car until it was able to shine again! Thank yall so much for taking care of my dirty car!!

Attendants are always friendly and smiling, it is not a detail carwash but does a good job of washing your vehicle, they have great unlimited car was plans

The best car wash I’ve ever been to! The management is amazing and the customer support is wonderful. Team Leads are amazing as well! Even if you come through and your car is not fully clean they will tend to your needs and possibly give you a rewash. I love this wash and everything and everyone at it. Thank you Jon Jon for a great wash and staff!

They had friendly staff and plenty of towels and spray. The only negative was that the vacuum stalls are close together and aren't very strong. It got the job done.

Tarkus loves his spa time at Tidlewave and the staff. The club plan keeps him Bristol clean and minty fresh! The big boy gets a lot of attention and all the fresh towels and cleaners he needs. I think his favorite is the tire dressing, he loves a good foot massage!Services: Auto detailing

Had a fantastic experience at Tidal Wave Spa in Thomaston, Georgia! The facility is clean, service is quick, and the pricing is incredibly affordable—basically everything you'd want for keeping your vehicle spotless. My only drawback is the distance, as it's a bit far from my home. But the quality of service makes the drive worth it. Highly recommend if you're in the Thomaston area and in need of a top-notch car wash!

Good place to get vehicles washed. Service is great, fun associates. The only downside is that they are so busy that sometimes it takes as long as 35 minutes to go thru the process. They need a bigger facility.
