I had the best experience at this Verizon location that I have ever had with Kelly. I dread getting a new phone and I dread switching things over and setting up my new phone. This time it was seamless and painless. From the time I called in to see if the phone I may want was in stock to when I was walking out of the Verizon store with my new phone Kelly treated me like I mattered. Customer service unmatched. Seriously ask for Kelly.
