I was pleasantly surprised storing my things with STOR-IT Thomasville. Move in was easy as well as move out. They were very accommodating with the move out process. Climate controlled and clean.

The location is convenient even though we don’t reside in Thomasville it’s one straight shot to the location, and gate accessibility is good and safe. Storage space is not too bad either. I’m only giving four stars since now a convenience fee is now added whenever you pay by credit or debt card over the phone with the automated system. Paying online doesn’t come with a fee.

This mini storage facility is well maintained, well lit, secure gated entry, the grounds are kept tidy always, and the staff has always been friendly in their dealings with me.

They have posted hours but no one is there. Tried to see a unit before renting but never got a call back. Their response sends alarm bells for using this location. The owner replied as readers may note. But no phone call even though I've left my number twice. It surprises that no-one can show the actual unit I've said I'd like to rent. I guess you're just suppose to trust them...I won't when they don't call me...what if my code didn't work or something happened in or neat my unit...response so far gives me no confidence. BTW...if you say open both on the door and you're website shouldn't someone be there when you're open?

Great place to rent. Great rates and customer service. The same size storage unit in Tallahassee is double the price, so well worth the 40 minute drive from Tallahassee to save a good amount of money.
