“Roger came and serviced our home. Unfortunately, the tank didn't alert the company to refill so the tank was completely empty. He checked to make sure there were no leaks, filled the tank, then lit the space heaters. Because there was air in the line, it took him longer to light the heaters. He stuck with it until he got them lit, and never once complained. His patience, perseverance and polite manner are appreciated!”
