Ms. Amanda was quick to assist with alternator and/or battery diagnosis. She identified my problem, provided the proper solution, and had me down the road in under 30 minutes. “I'm from out of town and am starting to head home in the next few days (1000 mile drive). Had a problematic and intermittent starting problem (battery DOA when I would try to start the truck - sometimes after a day, sometimes after three hours). It's a large duty diesel pickup truck with dual batteries. James and Paula were wonderful. Complex diagnostics due to the dual battery situation that took lots of time because both batteries had to be disconnected and tested separately. They could not have been more courteous, friendly and, ultimately, knowledgeable. At one point when James couldn't find the appropriate tool on the store's battery cart, he just went to his own truck and brought out his personal tool kit to get the job done. After the problem was isolated, Paula was amazing explaining the diagnostic process, answering my questions about the available options and providing advice. Both were so pleasant and helpful. They are great ambassadors for AAP, and I hope the management/ownership recognizes their value. Thank you Paula and James. (PS, their effort resulted in an accurate diagnosis and the sale of a high end battery. Money well spent.)”
