Between Karma staying late to help and Ingrid keeping me up to date on the process of moving all 3 accounts I had the best service. I have switched my “home bank” from Moultrie to Thomasville. If you are in the Moultrie area it is definitely worth the drive to Thomasville to avoid Moultrie’s rude staff.”
“I had the most wonderful experience in town today. I popped into synovus bank, and I found a bank I can trust. While I hurt the feelings of most banks in thomasville, I'm almost 62, and was born here, mama born in pavo, daddy in cairo, I found a place that kinda gets me. These other stuck up banks, thomas county federal, thomasville national(brookwood), hehe, bank, and THE FIRST. If you had of told me what I know now, I would have never graced their doors, and I'm talking about, tcf, brookwood national bank(hehe), and THE FIRST. But synovus was Johnny on the spot. “I have been at First Commerce CU formally First Florida for over 25 years and have been pleased every minute , until I moved to Thomasville 5 yrs. Ago. They moved to a new location and the fun began. First I would like to say the employees are professional ,they greet with a smile and offer help as soon as I arrive however their is little they do if their is a line in FRONT of the single machine.
