I’ve been a loyal customer of Battery Source for years, and my experiences have always been exceptional, especially thanks to Eric at the South Mobile location. I’ve purchased multiple golf carts through him, and every time, the process has been seamless. He takes the time to explain every option, making sure I get exactly what I need without any pressure.
Beyond the sale, the service has been outstanding. Eric is always available if I have questions or need help, and he genuinely cares about his customers. I’ve had moments where I needed troubleshooting advice, and he’s never hesitated to help—even after hours. That level of dedication is hard to find!
Battery Source as a company clearly prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for carts, batteries, or service. If you’re looking for reliability, great products, and top-tier customer care, I highly recommend them!

Very good at helping get the correct battery; sometimes that is hard, especially with a laptop battery. Sometimes higher than online prices, but it is great to stop by and be able to walk out the door with the correct battery!?

I can’t say enough positive things about this company and they way they treat their customers. Whether big or small they go far above and beyond to help you find what you need and the figure out the best possible solutions. Not only that but their inventory is second to none. Their lead superstar and front line is defense Morgan will not only help you to the fullest extent but take the necessary time out of her day to personally exhaust every measure to help her customers out. I needed a clutch kit and rocker arm stud that has been on nationwide back order indefinitely and she not only located each individual part but had them to my door in under 48hours. Not and easy task when they are located in several states and distributors. She called each company had them out their hands on the parts and made absolutely sure it was all correct and shipped out immediately. After calling almost a dozen other distributors and completely given up she stepped and saved the day. Battery source sells far more than batteries and exceeded any expectations I had about a large distribution company. I will never use anyone else. My suggestion, ask for Morgan if you want it done right and rest assured it will be.
