These people don’t pick their phones up. I’ve had no internet for 3 days now can’t get ahold of anyone. Comcast in Tallahassee would have had it back up and running within a few hours. This is going on day 3.

Terrible. The city of Thomasville should be ashamed to offer something so terribly useless. My girlfriend has it because nothing else is available where she lives, and hates it. Absolutely worst internet service I've ever seen, including rural northern Wisconsin where my mother lives. Constantly freezes, drops, and slows to a crawl. The minute AT&T, or someone else decent(which is NO ONE in this area) is available, shes dropping this glorified dial-up.

I spoke to George at CNS Next Tech Support today and he provided excellent assistance to solve my streaming issues. I recently could not open titles in Netflix, HBO, Hulu etc. We ran a speedtest (both near and far from the modem) and it was fine. We then did a restart on my TV via the My Amazon Fire TV setting and now the problem seems to be solved. Thank you George for helping me with this issue and for showing me the restart sequence for the Amazon Fire TV! Excellent tech support!

Problem with cable service has been going for a month. On their third try, they say they have problem figured out, but the technician on the scene can't fix it, so I have to wait another week for someone else to come out.

I have a technical background from a state that is not GA. Anyone who charges you $70 for 5MBps down is stealing from you. Take back your town, Thomasville.. you deserve better.

My husband has made multiple calls regarding our modem due to it disconnecting several times a day. We are being told nothing is wrong. The activity log on their Arris modem clearly shows there are problems with it. We have had it about 5 years. Obviously it needs to be replaced. They will probably loose our business with that too. We already got rid of the overpriced cable.

We just had internet set up today from Matt and he was awesome . He was very knowledgeable and nice . He set it up super fast and made sure it was working correctly before he left . We've heard good things about the internet service and hope we enjoy it better than the other service we had . Thank you again !

Worst internet you could possibly buy. If you have an office at home or are a student with online classes do not buy their internet packages it’s absolutely trash. It should be illegal to sell someone something that doesn’t work. But these con artists are banking off of it!
