This is a place I would not recommend anybody to go even though I have cell phone service with these people the staff is very ignorant very nasty uncooperative and doesn't know anything about cell phones in general all they want to do is sell people phones

This company is the absolute worst. The girl that worked in the store is nice but can do absolutely nothing for you and will refer you to call customer service. Customer service for cricket is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with and I only kept them a month and a half after I switched over to immediately switch over again somewhere else!!!!

Our experience with Giselle was exceptional today at the Cricket Wireless in Thomasville, Georgia. From the moment we walked in we were greeted promptly and assisted. Giselle was the only employee working and handled each customer professionally and quickly. On top of that she was very knowledgeable with their products and how to easily transfer our service from another provider over to Cricket Wireless. She did a great job multi tasking even when she had 4 customers all needing help at once. This was our first time dealing with Cricket Wireless and having Giselle help us today sure made a great first impression.

One of the workers up there, is very rude. I started to record her attitude and behavior but I know that wouldn't have changed anything. They act like they have something against blacks at that store.
