“We’ve been with Bryan Gainous State Farm Insurance in Thomasville, GA for several years now, and their team has consistently gone above and beyond. Through a few fender benders and other mishaps, Bryan, Michael, and the entire staff have always been responsive, supportive, and easy to reach.
Most recently, my son was involved in an accident just before midnight. Unfortunately, the initial reports were recorded under one date, while the Georgia State Patrol report reflected the next day—causing State Farm’s system to mistakenly count it as two separate incidents. This led to a significant and unexpected increase in our premium.
