If you’re an out-of-towner and need something done for your car or truck, I would definitely recommend.
I have an OBD 1 truck that for the life of me I couldn’t get the codes to read due to its age. Jack’s Service Center treated me right and exemplified good customer service. It appeared very busy but well organized and the service staff was very nice.

Called on a Wednesday told to bring it in the following Monday drop off. Bob kept me informed of the repair that was needed. All done in one day!!!! I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

A trustworthy shop is a valuable resource, and you can trust Jacks. My girlfriend needed a plug in her tire while out on her her lunch break and they fixed her up so efficiently she made it back to work in time. They also helped her secure a used part to repair her window crank for a small repair, and a Jack's mechanic drove a mobility-limited coworker's car to her workplace after repairing it, and then walked back to the garage. Today I needed help getting air in some tires I mounted myself, and they stopped what they were doing to help me out, then didn't charge me. They are good people!

My son is a student at TU, (his engine light came on) after a quick internet search on trustworthy Thomasville mechanics, I told him to come see you guys! You restored his faith in humanity! Thank for treating him right! He now knows where to come and who to recommend! (He actually told me he's now ready to drop out of college and learn to be a mechanic!)

I used Jacks bp until a few days ago when I stopped in for gas. I went a couple miles down the road and my jeep starting going crazy cutting off and I immediately had to take it to be fixed. Bad gas. They never once offer to clean my windshields or check my tires and oil and apparently can't make sure the gas is ok. This is gonna cost my husband. Jacks BP does not give full service in the full service line. You won't need it anyway when you get bad gas in your tank.

The only full service gas station left. If you get full service. You can get the air checked in your tires. The windshield wipers checked along with your oil, radiator fluid, brake fluid, steering fluid, and your transmission fluid providing you have a dipstick for your transmission fluid. Awesome place.

I recommend this place to anybody in Thomasville. I don't trust people I don't know. Monday I had to drop my car off with complete strangers in a town I work in, but in which I don't live.Jack's clearly is an honest/integrity based business. Sparing you the details...they clearly didn't "over diagnose" and they were beyond fair with the labor costs they charged me.Service: A/c installation & repair

Great all the service and attention. Repairing my truck, spectacular job. ! !!!! Good price when the job was finished and I left the truck there for three days and they didn't charge me a separate fee. Very satisfied with everything.
