First time trying this franchise. It was okay. Your average sandwich shop. Their niche seems to be slicing the deli meat while you watch. ?♀️ They only have Pepsi products so if you’re a Coca Cola person then you will be disappointed (yes, there is a HUGE difference). There is a Publix next door to get you Coca Cola where you can also get a sub too so there are choices.

I am 7.5 months pregnant and was told they cannot grill my sub. I walked out. other locations do it with no issue. The employee was extremely rude about it!

Even though one of the employees was new. He did his very best, even confiming several times with the 2 customers ahead of me on their order and what toppings they wanted. My order was very good, and he took time to make sure it was correct

I delivered bread to original Jersey Mikes in 1970 as a 17 year old Baker in NJ. They sold 1200 a day. My Dad and Mike were about same age. Peter was in HS he bought from Mike and franchised the business. They are outstanding it’s the same sandwich as in NJ. Love it!!!!

Came in at 7:30 for two subs, we were the only customers aside from one other person. After ordering the girl who took our order continued to hang out with who I am guessing is her friend or off-the-clock coworker. She wore the same single glove the entire 25 minutes we were there where she went back and forth from her friend to the kitchen as she made a quesadilla. I didn’t think Jersey Mikes made quesadillas. Whoever the general manager is for this location needs to take a real good look at who they have running their shifts when they’re not around.

If I could give no stars, I would. This location is the worst. The workers never answer the phone and always get my order wrong. I'm over it

We were there on 12/22/2023 at 3 PM. The young man who made the sub was great. He was a very hard worker with no help whatsoever. The Manager came out from the back with her phone, stepped into the bathroom and when we left ten minutes later she still hadn't come out.Someone's child, I assume the Managers went into the food area and walked around. Came back out into the dining area listening to her computer and it was very loud. The young man who made our food was great but overworked. We will return but if we see this same disregard from the manager we wont be back.

The employees shirts were extremely Dirty. They also were out of Bread. How does a Sandwich place run out of bread? Especially when they are next to a grocery store. Poor management I would assume.

IN PERSON CUSTOMERS do not matter at this location! I was here at 10:30 AM, the only customer in the store, and placed an order for 2 sandwiches. After 15 mins of waiting, insignificant to another (online) order being made, I told the manager I was leaving due to waiting 15 mins for 2 sandwiches at 10:30 AM and being the only person in the store. She just told me to have a good day ?♀️ In person ordering has been bad at this location since it’s opening. Ive been forgiving over the last year and summer months due to its new opening and being a busy location with a Y located across the street. ONLINE ORDERS - AND THEY GET VERY BUSY HERE - is the only $$$ that matters to the owners of this location. They either need more workers or a better staff to fulfill all the orders they get. Not being attentive FIRST to the customer that’s right in front is not how it’s done. Lucky for me there’s another JM, not as convenient, but still close to home, that I go to and have never been disappointed.

Finally! A Jersey Mike's close to home! I could not be happier. They make the best subs of Any franchise sandwich maker. My favs are #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, #9 Club Supreme and #13 The Original Italian.. But All their subs are amazing, all fresh ingredients, made right in front of you. This JM'S is fairly new, very clean and the staff is super friendly. I'll probably go back again today ?Today they ran out of Steak ? but still my favorite spot for a sub. Perfect #56 today!

Price gouge alert!!! I have not been to a Jersey Mike's in years and after the ridiculous price of their subs I will NEVER come back! They have renamed them to make it less painful but I basically bought a half 6" sub (regular) and it was $11+ !! Seriously? NOT a combo. JUST the sub! And it was not that great! The staff even had to carefully measure and weight my sub every time they added a different meat! The staff was great and place was clean but c'mon! You can have a nice meal at Chilis or a bar pub and pay the same if I had gotten a drink and chips! I felt sorry for the staff and empty store at almost 6pm and left a $1 tip. So really over $12 total! And just next door at Publix you can get a GIANT WHOLE sub for less than $10 and sometimes less than $7. Unless you have money to burn do not waste your time or money here! Done!

Manager arguing with help. 7 inch for 9 vs 12 inch for 11 at WhichWich. Four slices of turkey. Limited selection of extras.

I love Jersey Mikes! HOWEVER this is the shittiest location within a 100 mile radius of Atlanta! Every time I come here it's a different issue. Today they can't do hot subs. Never have enough employees working. Always out or items. I wish the owner would just give the franchise back! Terrible!
