114 N Broad St, Thomasville“Went in for a watch battery replacement. They had no problem doing that. Other places in town didn't have the right sized tool. The staff was fantastic! I ended up finding a bracelet I purchased, too. Additionally, I have a very old silver bracelet that was badly tarnished. They just took care of that for me in about 3 mins. Unreal how much better it looks now. Loved the service and staff. They have a nice selection of various jewelry. Recommend highly.”
“Today I had the pleasure of being served by the best customer sales manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I asked to see some items on clearance and he patiently showed and talked to me about as many items as I desired. He even cleaned them and allow me to see them under the scope for clarity and size of the diamonds that I loved. After he explained the warranty thoroughly, helped me set up my profile and more!! This has been by far the best Kay’s Jewelry experience I have EVER HAD! I will be back to visit TREY SMITH at this location every time I come to Georgia!!!! Thank you Trey, you are awesome!!!!”
“I had my Bulova repaired at Jim's. Had gone to two other shops in Tville. I won't bad mouth them here, they just were not up to the task. No sweat at Jim's. Had not asked how much. Just wanted it repaired. 5 bucks. Kid you not. Got a little something for my wife as well. Great, fair folks. I will give them future business.”
“I've seen a lot of comments on their customer service being racially motivated. This was not the case when I went. I brought some stuff by to sell, got a decent deal, more than I expected. Good service. People of all races coming in, buying, selling, pawning, and walking out with a smile. These comments are either false or outdated. This is a great place to buy and sell used goods. Nothing wrong with American Pawn Shop at all. Cheers.”
“They replaced the setting for my wedding ring. It is beautiful. Also Ronnie was so sweet to help me sort through my Mom’s jewelry and give advice. I’m looking forward to working with them to create some custom pieces.”
