Quite literally the QUEEN of locs. She started my locs and as well helped me maintain them. I definitely recommend. She is a hilarious, very talented, knowledgeable, & kind-hearted person. The atmosphere of her shop is always so welcoming. 10/10.

Sonya is golden! She has sooo much knowledge about locs and hair. When she's doing your hair, she isnt just doing a retwist or giving you a wash.. she's studying your hair and building a method that will work best for it. Meeting your hair where it is ... its truly an art and most definitely her craft. She is definitely a jack of all trades but hair is truly her craft! You can REALLY see how deeply rooted her craft is from jump at consultation! I highly recommend her !

I started with Sonja in January of this year and when we met it was magical. I had questions and told her I don't like doing hair but I will do what I am told to do. She repaired my hair and I have been coming to my appointments and it is not just getting a great hair due, it is therapy. She cares about her clients and it shows in your hair. I see a big difference in my hair and will continue to come to all my schedule appointments.
Can't wait until our next therapy session. She will be booked but she try to move people around to get you in.
