Was very disappointed, we have f1b labradoodle and the girl simply wanted to shave our dog and never attempted to run brush through our dogs hair!! We brought her home and brushed her out with in 5 minutes! All the groomer did is look at her hair tried to text us that she was going to shave our dog!
I could understand if there was any actual matting going on but there wasn’t at all!!
We won’t be coming back for any grooming services!! So Be Very Aware if you have a Labradoodle if you don’t brush them right before you coming in your dog has curly hair the will try to tell you needs to be shaved!! I’m pretty upset about the entire conversation I had with this groomer from the very beginning her attitude was very combative she never once acted she even cared about how I wanted her haircut it was more groomer try to tell me how it was going to be done and then 10 minutes after I was gone her sending text that my dog needed to be shaved! I mean thank god she didn’t shave her because I would have lost my mind!
Pryor to this visit we bathed and brushed her out last week! We’ve taken good care of her coat between visits and we treated as if our dogs never been brushed!
I don’t mind paying for a good haircut I wouldn’t mind paying for simply brushing before hand!
This all was made worse by groomer insinuating that matts being brushed would cause damage to her coat but that would be if she ever had any matting in first place! It’s all very frustrating!
Idk I’ve been hair dresser for 12 years and matting doesn’t come out with a simple brushing
Anyways we would have loved for this place to work out but we keep looking for better groomer

Every time I stop by this store, they are so friendly and welcoming. They have average prices for a small pet store. I completely love the wet dog food packets. One of the brands they carry has some options for only 3 ingredients and another flavor that has only 4 ingredients.

Love Petsense. They clip our dogs' nails and are so good with her. She has to sit on the floor cause she is a GSD. The tech gets on the floor with her. She is awesome.
