I have had great customer service experiences at this branch. Both with the Tellers & Loan Officers. If I have questions, they are always quick to help get my problem resolved. I absolutely recommend them!

I have always had a great experience at the Liberty branch. All the staff are very friendly and always know my name when I go inside. I’ve had many issues (of my own doing) this past year and they have solved them all for me. Envision also gives back so much to our community through supporting our teachers and students. Thank you for being the best.

Please watch your tone and attitude when talking to people over the phone. I understand that you get to answer same questions over and over again, and but I am asking for the first time. I am the one doing business with you. Not vice versa. You don’t do me any favors by keeping me my own money in your bank. Thank you.

Most incompetent bank ever! I am in Texas. My card got hacked. They supposedly mailed me a new debit card on the 13th. Here it is the 27th and no debit card. I call trying to get information on it. They tell me they can’t track it once it leaves their hands but if not here in another week to cal and they will mail me another one. After they charged me a 10.00 replacement card fee for being hacked. Now again I’m in Texas no way to get money as I’ve no local banks, no way to buy gas as I can’t access my money. They say well we can’t find a local sister branch to your location but might be one we don’t know for sure! They said oh the holidays slow mail. Ummm no, I got a Christmas card mailed from Florida on the 16th and it arrived on the 19th so try again! Absolutely ridiculous! Please do yourself a favor and use another bank.

I used to be very happy with rose city federal cu. Now that its envision it gets less and less friendly. Today I finally decided to put on the dreadful mask. Walk in and was treated like a dancing monkey! Step to the side, turn around, pull your mask up and down. I refuse to be made a fool of . Put a sign up with directions. I can read. I don't like being directed like a pet. Ty!

You have banking so difficult that I am very close to switching to another bank. The first atm is so low that to make a deposit you have to get out of your car, get down on your knees to make a deposit. I am 85 years old and don’t appreciate this at all. Reconsider your decision to make it easier for you than to serve me properly.. I won’t be recommending any new customers to you.
