Secure Records Solutions was the most seamless, cost-effective and courteous service we have found in Tallahassee! We tried that "big name shredding" company last year for an on-site purge, and long story short, it was a complete nightmare.Travis, Tyler, Paige, and every single person that I communicated with at SRS was so friendly and very helpful.The negotiation process was smooth and quick. Once the agreement was signed (a week before Christmas, mind you), they scheduled our on-site purge within a week.They showed up, ON-TIME! The on-site tech was courteous, quick, clean and so helpful. Our HUGE purge was completed in an hour's time, and we were back to business as usual.I can't say enough good things about SRS and their team. Thank you for helping our Non-Profit securely purge sensitive information at a low-cost that is appreciated!

Excellent and discreet company sensitive to HIPPA guidelines and overall confidentiality. The Tallahassee radiology practice for which I work has medical records that require weekly shredding and SRS has been meeting our specific needs for several years. The service is never intrusive and very efficient. I can't imagine any professional company that could deliver better service.

Mario from Secure Records solutions helped us out a bunch today. He and his team mate came in and handled loading a whopping 200 boxes from our storage attic in the lost professional and neat way possible. Very kind, professional and efficient. 10/10 would recommend using SRS for any form of document pick up, storage or shredding!!!!
