Wonderful customer service, every time I come in someone is always quick to great me and ask me if I need help finding any certain styles. It is unfortunate that they no longer have a contract with Converse, but they did inform me that they are working on getting it back as quickly as possible.

Why is the door still locked at 10:10 and several customers in parking lot. I’ve been to the door twice and sitting here watching 2 other ladies go as well.

They have a good selection of shoes but they need new staff! I saw two boys playing at the register and then walk away and leave a customer. They were also heard cussing behind the register as well. Not professional. There are a couple of good employees that are very kind and helpful but that should be consistent across the store!

It was an amazing arey of selection of shoes, handbags etc. If your looking for a hi quality shoe, bag at at a really good price hop on in you jeep, car etc. Get on over to the shoe department encore just like i did it was well worth the drive the staff was awesome thanks so much and we will be going back!

THEY HAVE REALLY NICE SELECTION ON SHOES FOR EVERYONE. NOT TO PRICEY EITHER. GO TO FOR SHOES AT A LOWER RATE.

More shoes than Belk. Way more Skechers than Belk. Plenty of flip flops to choose from starting at lower prices than Belk & more sizes. Even Walmart isn't that great on flip flops anymore.

Who doesn't love shoes. We ended up with 4 pairs today. ? ? They have a great selection of Skechers. Friendly employees and very clean store. The prices are affordable. Loving my new Skecher sparkly flip flops.

We were able to find shoes for 3 of our 4 family members. Selection of styles is good but size Selection is limited. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good place to get shoes, prices are reasonable, Selection is reasonable.

About crocs today took them forever to get the other shoe then they gave me two left feet tried to tell my son when he went back in but I put them in the box that did not happen they put them in the box the lady looked at them put them in the box put them in the bag and handed them to me I have not shopped there in a long time and I will not be back
