I have been walk-in customer there for several years. The last couple of times I had my hair trimmed there it was way to much drama going on for me. One of the stylists there seems to be frequently running late so they seem to be short staffed and hence running behind and rushed.

Rating is only because they fit me in quickly. Won’t be back.
Thought I had found a local salon, but I’ll have to keep searching.
Left with wet hair on cut that didn’t follow my part. Asked to keep length - just get a trim and shape a bit - to which I got three layers very different lengths.
Luckily hair grows, but was highly disappointed with the experience.

We had the best experience. Stephanie, I believe was the stylist’s name, did an excellent job on our daughter’s hair. She made her feel like a princess. Highly recommend. Will use again.

1st time customer! Took my daughter there for her 13th birthday, Stephanie was AMAZING!. I was so pleased how much thought she put in cutting and highlighting her hair. We spoke for several days prior to appointment and she just wanted to make sure we went through several different options that was close to what she wanted and the pro and cons of each. I've never seen a hair dresser put this much thought and attention to a customer, just seeing the results from my daughter makes me want to get my hair done. We will only be going to Stephanie, other staff were so sweet and amazing. LOVE YALL at Southern Styles. P.s thank you for making my baby feel special for her big 13th.

I recently visited Southern Styles for a haircut and dye, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and stylish, setting the perfect tone for a new look.
The haircut itself was fantastic! My stylist not only listened attentively to my preferences but also provided honest feedback that resulted in a flattering cut. The layers they added brought new life to my hair, perfectly complementing the bold color.

I’ve predominantly cut my own hair for the past 30 years. With a changing hair line and diminishing thickness I’ve lost the plot with what to do with it. Big shout out to JIM!!! I explained the problem and what I thought the solution was and he executed perfectly. Dude has his own artistic flare with the shears for sure. Thanks a million brother! 🤙

The main girl there knows what she is doing. I think her name is Susa. She had reddish hair. She did my hair about a month ago and did a great job. But everyone else, I have never been to a salon that was not able or willing to do my hair. It’s a simple 1/2 fade going from my ear up and the same fade going down into my beard. - I actually found a photo of what I wanted and they passed it around and nobody was able to do it. First time that ever happened… I had to leave and then come back but I ended up going somewhere else.

I was referred to by a friend to go here. To get my son's hair cut and to go see susah. She did an amazing job and my son loved his haircut. Susah was wonderful with him even with him moving around so much. I would definitely take him back to her!

Got my haircut from Susah and she did a wonderful job. I like to keep my head bald and her trimmers get in real close. She also fixed up my beard and got it nice and even. Awesome job!
