Terrible service and employees came in for a notary said they were to busy, No one in store said come back in 10 minutes, came back oh the notary went to lunch this is the level of service you get in 2025!

Not a good experience. There was 4 employees but only 1 seem to be running the store. The lines were long and 3 customers walked out. I went to print 1 single piece of black and white paper and was charged almost $6.

Very rude personnel and impersonal. As an owner, employee, of United Parcel Service, and stock shareholder, I was very much treated with disrespect. I have never been treated with this much disrespect at this UPS store as today. Training your personnel how to treat customers is needed in this UPS Store needs attention.

Everytime I go into this store the customer service is bad. The customer svc reps at this store need to be trained better. They are rude, they laugh and cut up with each other but if you ask a question, it's a problem then. Just do a better job training them.

Every person in this location was kind and helpful, especially Semeria. I was fumbling with boxes and envelopes and she helped me select the least expensive packaging and get my items on their way. Highly recommend for excellent customer service.

Had difficulty getting packages delivered for access point delivery, and then got charged an additional pick up fee after already paying for delivery. To top it off rep laughed as I expressed my displeasure at the situation

I've always gone to this UPS store and was served well. Today I went to send a package and there were 3 young girls, looked like teenagers or early 20s at the registers. One was serving a customer while turning her back and talking to another girl behind her. The next counter didn't have a customer but the lady behind it had her back turned away from me, looking back and laughing with the other ladies. I was the only one waiting online at this point. These girls ignored me while giggling and talking about some food they were gonna get after work. Finally when they were done giggling and being inappropriate infront of a client, one of them called me and served me, while still talking to the other ladies. She printed out my receipt and handed it over to me side ways while she was talking to her coworkers. I have never seen this such poor work ethic and inappropriate behavior in my life. UPS please train your workers better or hire people who have some proper work ethics, and respect for clients' time.

Earlier I left a review complaining about a lost package. Now as I look on Amazon it appears a new tracking number might have been issued and my return is safely on its way. Somebody at this store must have made a personal effort to find and send my package, and I do appreciate that. It’s a level of service you don’t often see.

We needed to come here for notary services which can sometimes be a pain and Todd made our experience seamless. He was a super nice guy, could tell he cared and could tell he was a hard worker. Thanks Todd for the great customer service. We would be glad to work with you and your store again in the future.

Very uncaring attitude.Brought up a military discount twice & she said they don't have.Funny how every website states different.Maybe some employee training is needed here... I'll use the UPS store in town next time Update after owner response:Thank you for the clarity in the discount status.Hope this info can be passed on by employees to future customers that ask for similar discount,& thank you for a possible future discount as well.Still would like to see a more upbeat,pleasant atmosphere here, which if able would benefit all here.
