Rashondra and Stephen are two of the most well mannered and vibe workers I have ever met in Verizon store.. Stephen is the one who recommended the phone I have now and it's amazing. A great recommendation and Rashondra helped me understand the plan and processing of upgrading and even smooth talked me into getting a screen protector and case. Glad I did, two wonderful workers that deserve to be recognized..

Benjamin was so sweet and helpful! Some young people make us older folks feel like we’re a bother but Benjamin was super respectful and not at all condescending. I’ve dealt with Stephen at this store in the past and was pleasantly surprised that Benjamin gave me super service just like Stephen does. My customer service experiences here have been superior!

Stephen at Russell Cellular Verizon was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions (I had a lot).Also, this means more to me than anything when dealing with someone, he was polite, kind and respectful. I appreciated that so much. And he has a grand sense of humor!
