Up front customer service is decent. In the pharmacy there is one worker that works in the drive threw that really makes Walgreens customer service distasteful for business. When I was there to pick up my prescription in drive through. I sat waiting for her to ask my info., but she didn't she went to the front counter and began talking to a customer she never said I will be with you in a moment or anything. This was not out first indifference. To avoid that negativity I transferred my business else where. SAD!!!

No way should you shut your pharmacy down for 2 hours a day. There’s no reason one pharmacist can’t be on lunch break while the other stays and then swap. What if someone needs their medicine in an emergency situation?

Completely new staff in the pharmacy. We used to love this pharmacy but it legitimately takes days and a phone call to get anything filled by them. Our family has no choice but to find another pharmacy so that important meds don’t keep getting delayed.Also, if there is an insurance issue of any sort they just don’t fill the script instead of filling it and discussing payment at the time of pickup. Lastly, it’s the attitude that seals the deal. Really poor attitude as if we are an inconvenience and it is every time. It’s a bummer because they were so good.

Since they changed the pharmacy staff service has gone out the window... there is always an excessive line and I dropped a 3 scripts off at 930am it took over 5 hours to get them filled... I miss the old staff... they knew me and got everything done in a decent time frame

Walgreens is filthy!Filthy!! Covid19 Booster Appt. Store hasn't been cleaned, garbage can in Rx running over; public trash with sanitizing wipes (empty), trash full. Shelves for h2o empty with a what apears to be a piece of food openly left on water shelf ... floors appear unswept, with discarded paper debris + on chairs. Separation shield has fingerprints ... unsanitary.
Male RX staff working drive thru window, shows good sanitary practices by spraying the tray and cleaning the window tray with a spray solution and drying with paper towels. Wearing gloves, and a mask. Young AA girl also. He asked me to allow another rx patient skip me to pay for meds ... I was there waiting BEFORE ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS! REALLY!! Young AA girl truly showed appreciation and customer care, thanked us for our patience several times!!
Mid aged female foreign Pharmacist, slow, asking for info that has been written on the application, not efficient. 11:30, nearly an hour, still waiting for Phizer Covid19 Booster. Chairs are NOT 6 FT APART!! Signage visible to remain 6 feet apart though!! This visit was too long, and the pharmacist was very unprofessional! Pharmicist failed to give the Phizer Covid19 Booster handout, or to discuss warnings. The patient care room was not tidy, discarded papers on the floor. Trash can under table, which Pharmicist worked from, was full of trash too. Based on appearance, I doubt that any TABLE, doorknob had been cleaned or sanitized!! Thankfully, she wore gloves, and Buyer Beware! You will have to ask her to CHANGE GLOVES (gloves were too large for her hands, creating difficulty handling syringe + bandage) after opening door, and IN BETWEEN PATIENTS! Time spent approximately 1 hour, 35 mins. We arrived no one else was waiting, the good here, 2 appointments for 1 wait time!! #WalgreensZeroCovid19Clean!
