Driving through the area and hit something in the road causing the splash guard under my suv to become damaged. The owner had his mechanic remove the damaged part so I could be on my way. Offered to pay but he declined. Service like this doesn’t exist anymore. So very thankful for his help!

They repaired a severely damaged door and quarter panel on my truck (tree damage) shockingly fast and it looks so good! You wouldn't know that it had been damaged unless someone told you. The paint matching and clear coat are both flawless. I would highly recommend them.

I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO COLLISION PROS ANYMORE. Had my car a month, rushed the job, now my battery is dead and they act as if it just happened. Got almost a grand from my insurance company and now my car still sits in front of there shop with a dead battery that worked fine before I dropped the car off. I suggest you take your car to Jimmy and Dina shop in Thomson , Ga. You’ll thank me later, trust me!!!!

Very easy process. I just gave them my claim number and went and got my rental. About 3 weeks later they called and said my truck was ready. I showed up expecting to find something not just right, but I was impressed , everything looked perfect - like new really. Highly recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I always used them and everything was ok. This time my wife had a accident in her car, where she had to replace the Radiator. This repair was a nightmare, they had the car for about 3wks. When I go to get the car it’s no antifreeze in the Reservoir jug, so I told the owner. So told one of his workers. That was about 10:30 that morning, I come back that evening to pick up the car that evening about 7:00, the jug is still empty. So the owner came poured some water in there. I felt like that was disrespectful, because we have paid them to put antifreeze in there not water. So after that, the weekend we went out of town. So I here something scrubbing underneath the car. And plastic guard fell that protects the bottom of the radiator, so I had to take it back to them again to fix that. So then my wife had the car back bout 2wks. I noticed the fan was running a lil loud and it got louder , so I had to take to another shop, so they could adjust it. It’s running quiet now. That was a disaster, I’m glad it’s over with. I won’t be going back there.Services: Painting
