Dollar Tree in Thomson, GA is a go-to for all things affordable, offering thousands of thrilling finds. Shoppers can find household staples, health and beauty items, cleaning supplies, party essentials, food and drinks, toys, and seasonal décor. The store is fully stocked with multiple seasons and best sellers, and customers report little issue getting around despite boxes. The prices are still low enough for those on a tight budget, and there is often no wait at the registers. Customer experiences with staff vary. Some report great customer service from friendly, nice, and helpful older staff, leading to a pleasant trip. Others find the staff rude and unprofessional, noting they bicker in front of customers. The store condition receives mixed feedback; while you can walk easily, the floor is sometimes nasty or dirty. The selection of goods is reliable for seasonal decor and essentials, though the quality of some food items can be poor, with reports of mold or freezer-burnt products.
The prices have gone up, so value is lacking. Employees were friendly. The store needed to be more organized, but I think the employees are doing all they can do.

employees walked around the store behind me like I was going to steal. Worst experience ever

I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just don't have room to stock everything that comes in. Everytime I've gone there are boxes and boxes of merchandise needing to be put on shelves. It's a bit of a maze at times to venture through the aisles.
